Rate: $100 for a 2-hour session
$250 half days / 5 hours
$450 for the day / 10 hours
$35 access to client closet
$35 access to newborn props: beanbag, wraps, hats, headbands
STUDIO DETAILS:
Located at 4416 IIvy Commons, Charlottesville
A 650-square-foot natural light studio at a small shopping center is now available for rent. The space is perfect for photography sessions, small meetings, consultations, workshops, classes, etc. The space holds up to 12 people comfortably.
The open floor plan studio is relaxed and inviting with neutral tones.
The space gets excellent natural light all day long. The main room has easily customizable areas that can be set up as a bedroom, living room, or commercial studio.
Meeting/office area with desk and computer.
A separate room with a client closet is great for clients to hang out or set up a makeup station. There is also a bathroom and kitchen area. There is plenty of parking outside.
Furniture, props, and backdrops are included in the rentals.
The space is perfect for branding sessions, headshots, product photography, boudoir, family, and newborn shoots.
